Lewis is our contact. The quotation we requested was sent within an hour or two, which is great. The quotation also includes samples to view and prices for various quantities, which helps us decide how much to order. This product can be laser engraved. Engraving gives a stylish, very professional effect. Our prices always include engraving on all brandable areas shown on the product description. Logo artwork for products with this symbol should be uploaded in a vector format such as .eps, ai, and .cdr. Fonts should be converted to outlines and all colors 'solid', rather than in tones or shades.

Very satisfied with our experience
Very satisfied with our first experience with Flashbay. Reasonable prices, low minimum orders perfect for a small business like ours with a one-off event-related requirement. Lewis was great from the first point of contact, the first contact was made over the phone and we went through what we needed, options were detailed etc. We received samples in no time too! This was a bit of a last minute order and Lewis made sure we received our items before our event, that said, the company's turnaround time was already great. The quality of the items was great. We also got a follow up email from Lewis to check we were happy with the items and service. Would definitely recommend and order again.

Excellent service at short notice
Mekavi Sivagurunathar was so helpful and dealt with my urgent request really well, ensuring the items i ordered were delivered on time.
