From the beginning there was very good communication between myself and Flashbay. Jai was very helpful with a better alternative in setting up the logo. There were examples of the pens we ordered at various stages of changes made to the look of the pens. This made it easier to know what the final product would look like. At the time the school had a change in P & C office bearers. Flashbay was supportive with the time frame for ordering and payment. The pens arrived in a very timely fashion. The P & C are very happy with the end product.
