Now I Understand the 5 Stars – Truly Deserved!
I'll share my review from two perspectives: one from my daily role and the other as a customer. My background is in marketing and sales, and I have to say I was truly impressed by how agile the team is. From the very first moment, I received a call and an email, and shortly after, the quotation process, sample request, and purchase were already underway. Everything was super smooth, and the customer experience was outstanding. From an operational point of view, I take my hat off to them.
Now, as a customer, Beatrice was incredibly helpful, she guided me through every step of creating the bags. The material is high quality, the printing is excellent, and I'm really happy with the final product. At first, I was a bit skeptical about seeing so many 5-star reviews; it seemed almost too good to be true. But now that I've experienced it myself, I totally get it, and I’m giving them 5 stars too, because both the service and the product quality are truly exceptional.

Flashy was really easy to communicate…
Flashy was really easy to communicate with and assisted our business in ordering good quality tote bags with our logo printed. It arrived fairly quick and they also followed up to ensure we were happy with the product.

5 star end to end experience
We ordered the Palette Tote Bag. Jayden Barry managed our order. The whole process from product enquiry and design to receiving the bags were seamless and quick.
Each time we had a question, Jayden was quick to respond.
5 star for service and quality of the bags. Happy with the pricing as well.

Used Flashbay for the first time
Used Flashbay for the first time and the experience from start to finish was awesome. My rep Olivia made the process so easy. She responded quickly to my inquiry, provided all the necessary info (cost, delivery time etc). The whole process from start to finish was great. Definitely would order from them again if the need ever arises.

Highly recommended: best service & products
This was our first time using Flashbay and we will definitely re-visit ordering more in future. Christian Beaumont was extremely helpful from the beginning, very prompt responses & patient with the change of requests.
