Highly Recommend 5***** Service
Highly recommend Flash bay for merchandise. We shopped around but as a small company we struggled with the minimum quantity orders. I came across Flashbay via google but don't normally like to submit enquiries for prices. However, from the initial contact with Nicholas and right through we have not felt pressured into purchasing and also received free samples to allow us to view quality and service.
Nicholas was also patient as we made several changes before confirming our order. Shipment was very fast and communication was great. We are extremely pleased with our finished products; great quality! We will certainly be returning customers. Thank you Flash Bay

Fantastic experience
Jayden was very thorough throughout all communications and assisted with any requested changes or alternations requested. The final item has turned out exactly as was provided in the mock-up drawing.

Great Service
When asked for a sample pen James sent it promptly. He was very patient as we (slowly) figured out exactly what kind of pen to get. He also sent mock-ups of how our logo would look on the pen we chose. We ended up with a great result. I felt proud as I placed a new pen on every employee's desk.

Erwan was informative but never pushy. I took a while to make up my mind and he respected that.
Erwan was patient as I was working full time and looking for merch for my little start up. He knew to just touch base occasionally but to leave me to get back to him or I probably would have become annoyed. He wasn't pushy.
