Communication, service and products were top notch
Brent our Sales Manager had sent an email update of products like he regularly does - I really like this form of communication. It triggered that I needed some branded products - and Brent was quick to come back to me with quotes. My timeframes were tight but Brent rushed through the order so we were able to get the products delivered on time. The notebooks and pens were exactly what I wanted, they even personally attached the pens to the notebooks which was a lovely personal touch.

This product can be branded in full colour. Logo Artwork should be high resolution and 300DPI. You can upload files as .png, jpeg or .gif formats. Low resolution image files lifted from websites will not give good results. Our prices always include printing in full colour on all the print areas shown on the product description.
Laser Engraving
This product can be laser engraved. Engraving gives a stylish, very professional effect. Our prices always include engraving on all brandable areas shown on the product description. Logo artwork for products with this symbol should be uploaded in a vector format such as .eps, ai, and .cdr. Fonts should be converted to outlines and all colors 'solid', rather than in tones or shades.

Blister Pack
The Blister Pack, or 'retail pack', is made from transparent PVC, has a hole for hanging and comes with a white card backing. We can print the card insert in full colour on request. The blister pack has space for a neckstrap if required.
Magnet Box Long
The Magnet Box Long features a foam cut-out to securely hold the product inside. The top can be Screen Printed with your logo, which will be visible through the transparent lid of the box.
Pen Tube
The Pen Tube is a popular accessory that securely stores your branded Pen inside. The Tube is made from a premium high-density cardboard which is produced from 60% recycled materials. We can add your logo to the side of the Pen Tube in precise detail. A fantastic value-added accessory idea.

The services received from James was excellent, very easy to deal with. Communication was very good via phone and emails, James came back with answers to questions very quickly, proofs of products provided quickly. Able to provide alternatives if our request couldn't be met.
