Very Professional.
This is my third time buying from Flashbay and Tom James, very professional company with high quality products at competitive prices. Ordered 200 items that arrived within 5-6 days.
I will definitely use them again.
Great Experience with James!
The Principal Accounts Manager, James Park, was a massive help, and completed our order incredibly efficiently. He remained attentive to our firms ideas and was always open to our changes. His swift communication made the process incredibly smooth. Thanks James!
Good communication
Good communication, competitively priced and good quality product. Erwan was easy to work with and provided useful information about the product I was interested in. The first sample went missing and he got another one in the post the same day. The great customer service is what helped us decide to go with Flashbay.
Very prompt and super kind and friendly service
Very prompt and super kind and friendly response from Krystal. She was absolutely lovely to deal with, both over the phone and via email. She helped with problem solving and worked so hard to make this a fantastic outcome for what I was trying to do. I am really thrilled with the quality, the careful packing and the speed of delivery. The Rondo mug is the perfect size and works incredibly well. They look stunning and I'm very pleased because I paid for these myself. I want to particularly acknowledge Krystal and her work, because I don't think I would have had the confidence to order such a large amount without her care and guidance. Thank you so much. I have recommended your company now to several colleagues and you have me as a repeat customer because now everyone wants these!
Wireless Charger & Olivia nailed it
Working with Olivia was a smooth and quick process. She was eager to get something that worked for us & patient as we had to go thru some revisions of the logo we used. The product received is exactly what we were expecting, works well, & printing on the charger is perfect.
Would absolutely recommend!
My experience with Erwan and Flashbay was nothing short of amazing. So prompt and helpful, in what is an incredibly flooded and confusing market when it comes to corporate branding - its hard to know and trust where to put your money, Erwan made the process so easy. Not only that -the quality of the items is unbelievable and it was a very quick turnaround. Ill be ordering all of my corporate merch through Flashbay every time. Thank you!
