Impeccable customer service and very fast delivery.
The team at Flashbay went above and beyond to ensure our promotional products were perfect. The fact that they delivered within half the promised timeframe and within budget was a bonus.

Excellent, prompt and clear communication from the account manager. They also helped expedite my order so I would get it in time for my event. Quality of the products is great and all this for a very reasonable price.

Great experience
We were helped by Rachel at Flashbay and we were very satisfied with the product we received which were some personalized pens. She got us a great price and made sure the delivery was done in a timely manner. Always kept track of my order and made a final phone call to ask what we thought about the pens. We recommend them.
